Hui Maple collects data; contact huimaple0627@gmail.com. Data is used to identify members, post and contact listings, compile market data, manage submissions, prevent abuse and respond to your requests. It is not used for marketing subscriptions.
You can choose not to sign in, submit, share your screen or provide contact details. The related features will then be unavailable, while the public encyclopedia and market remain available.
02Data we collect
When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive only an identifier used to recognize your membership; we do not receive your name, email or avatar. This identifier can still recognize the same member, so it is not fully anonymous. We also keep your sign-in method, sign-in time and the version you agreed to.
The nickname, contact details and game ID you enter may be shown to other signed-in members when contacting or matching. Items, prices, quantities, servers, notes and listing history are public, so do not enter ID numbers, passwords or anyone else’s personal information.
When you submit market quotes, we keep the items, prices, times and server you confirmed, linked to your browser so you can withdraw them later. Screen recognition runs in your browser and screenshots are not uploaded. Training shares publish the job, map, gains and notes you enter.
For connectivity, security and operations, the service may record IP addresses and request times. Market data may include historical data from public sources; if it involves your personal data, email us to request deletion.
03Cookies and third-party services
This site uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and drafts. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clear your browser data to remove them.
The site is hosted by a cloud provider, and sign-in uses Google or Discord. Data may be processed outside your country.
When you use a Boss party, its contents are sent encrypted. Share the invite link only with teammates you trust; idle parties are deleted automatically.
04Retention, deletion and your rights
Member data is kept while you use member features. When you delete your membership, your sign-in methods, profile, follows, wishes and notifications are removed, active listings are withdrawn and contact text is cleared; listings, notes and trade history may remain.
Anonymous submissions can be withdrawn from the original browser and are no longer counted in public statistics.
You may email us to ask to access, view, copy, supplement or correct your personal data, to stop its collection or use, or to delete it. We only ask for the identification needed and never your sign-in password. Where the law requires us to keep data or deleting it would affect others’ rights, we will explain why.
